Governing law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FortifyWealth operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Jurisdiction. Subject to the informal resolution requirement, you agree that any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Waiver of class actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
